These terms are written to be read, not buried. By using Zalfol you agree to what's below. If something isn't clear, email us — we'll explain it in plain language.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zalfol (زالفول), operated by Eslam Osama Elgwaily. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Zalfol.
2. What Zalfol Is
Zalfol is an ADHD-first productivity and life-management web application for Arabic-speaking users. It includes project planning tools (CEO Mode), focus tools (Goldfish Mode), capture tools (Miner Mode), and an immersive learning system (Disciple Mode).
Some features are available for free. Others require a paid subscription. The distinction is shown clearly in the app.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zalfol. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Zalfol offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if the app did not work as described and you contacted us at korion.x@gmail.com during that window. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the 7-day window. If you have a dispute, contact us first — we prefer to resolve things directly.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
5. Your Content
Everything you create inside Zalfol — projects, tasks, notes, goals — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for the content you create. Don't use Zalfol to store or process anything illegal.
6. YouTube Integration
Zalfol's Disciple Mode includes an optional feature that connects to your YouTube account via Google OAuth to calculate a content alignment score. By connecting YouTube, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
We access only your subscription list, only at the moment of score calculation, and we do not store it. You can revoke this access at any time from Google Account settings.
7. AI Features
Paid users have access to AI-powered features (the AI co-CEO in CEO Mode and related tools). These features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use AI features, relevant project data is sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. This data is governed by Anthropic's API terms and is not used to train their models.
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. AI output is a thinking tool, not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI suggestions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Zalfol for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
- Use automated scripts to access the app in ways that damage its performance for other users
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep Zalfol running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Zalfol at any time. For significant changes that affect paid features, we will provide advance notice by email.
10. Intellectual Property
Zalfol — including its design, code, content, methodology, and the 6 Box Model framework — is owned by Eslam Osama Elgwaily. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Zalfol's intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Zalfol without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zalfol is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, that the app will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or produce specific results. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Zalfol is a productivity tool, not a medical device or mental health service. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eslam Osama Elgwaily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zalfol, including lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Zalfol shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active users by email. Continued use of Zalfol after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
